Fruits that help minimizing Cellulite

Pineapple is the number one fruit when it comes to combating cellulite.

It’s recommended to eat pineapple after a meal, especially after a meal rich with proteins, as pineapple helps digesting proteins. It consists of
• Bromelain: a proteolytic enzyme:.
• Citric acid, malic acid.
• Provitamin A (beta-carotene), Vitamin C
• Potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur, iron.
Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme (comparable to the papain present in papayas), meaning that this is an enzyme that breaks down protein macromolecules into smaller molecules, polypeptides and amino acids.
Scientific studies have demonstrated that bromelain can digest up to 1000 times its own weight in protein! This has a direct application in the treatment of cellulite: bromelain can break down the pockets of fat that get trapped under the skin and form cellulite, thus helping to drain the fatty deposits and eliminate them from the body. Bromelain provides relief for water retention and also has an anti-inflammatory effect that helps reduce swelling.
The diuretic and detoxifying properties of pineapple make this fruit ideal for weight loss.
In general, bright fruits such as mango and papaya have antioxidants that are thought to prevent tissue damage, which may minimize the appearance of cellulite. Broccoli, peas and lima beans help fight inflammation of the connective tissue, as well. Darker berries, such as blueberries and blackberries, also help boost the antioxidant level in the body and stimulate the production of collagen which may lessen the appearance of cellulite.
